For ease of view we have separated the latter screens (after the entry screen) below with title data unrelated to the entry point data. Although we regularly update the screen snaps the current system may be slightly different from the ones listed.
Subscription: Data automatically transferred and maintained for Globe titles. Allows entry and full control including claiming for "new" non Globe title. View all multi subscription entries by list box with appropriate details for each. Instant restore of cancelled entries. Previous years / entries archived to history module.
Notes: Setup categories and append notes to each title. Print by summary category or title's note within category. Useful for historical biblio notes or tracking interesting titles' articles on specific subjects.
Accession Register - all titles [Globe serviced, gratis etc.]:
Enter incoming issues by choice of methods, append comments, change status of exceptions, view / edit historical register. Automatically advances issue value after check-in and flags missing issue for claiming. Issues late in arriving or non receipt are controlled for claiming. Instantly find specific issue previously recorded by any number of criteria.
Accessioning print option:
View / print circulation list if applicable after check-in.
Circulation:
Selection of types including full control with tracking system and auto advancing of title issues. Appropriate reports such as overdue by readers, titles etc. is available. Single write posts readers simultaneously against title and authority [master] list for future recall / edit.
